What pushed me over the edge

Journalling:

1. What was your Breakthrough what was the situation you struggled with for a long time and then finally broke through.

Making a complete life change. Generating Massive action. Not living the lifestyle I wanted to live. Feeling and saying it was hard everyday. I was sick of saying it and feeling it and I realized that my words mattered. Telling myself it was hard everyday meant I was choosing to live that life every day. And that’s when I realized I need to focus on what I am telling myself and that the best investment I could make was investing in myself.

2. What was the MOMENT that changed it all. What TRIGGERED it? What made it a MUST?

Looking at my future, knowing my goals, and feeding myself with knowledge gave me power. I had a really big decision to make that would change my life and everyone in it. The need to be more and do more. The need to level up to create more balance, passion and the need to invest in myself. What made it a must was that I needed to figure out what truly brought me balance, joy, happiness and what true investment in me and my family looked like.

3. What made it possible for that change to LAST? New belief, strategy, insight?

What made it possible was the goals I had, the people I was surrounded by, and the positive conversation I had with others and with myself about my abilities. Books helped, they fed my thoughts with amazing words and conversations that gave me the power and confidence to make moves. Additionally having my spouse make the moves with me gave me a massive amount of confidence and gave this breakthrough momentum.

Figure it out.

Prime yourself to perform.

You’ll find a way to deal with them, change them.

Do it with Optimism.

Pain or Pleasure.

How we feel is how we interpret things.

OPTIMISM. Is learned.

You can change literally in this moment now. Everything we do. We avoid pain. And Seek pleasure.
